Usage
Biosafety cabinets (BSCs) are one type of biocontainment equipment used in biological laboratories to provide personnel, environmental, and product protection. It employs High Efficiency Particulate Air filters in both supply and exhaust system to prevent the distribution of infectious agents and toxins in airborne particles and aerosols.

1 Instinctive 7-inch touch screen, easy to operate
High resolution (1024*600) touch panel displays intake flow velocity, laminar flow, pressure difference, filter life, alarm information etc. in real time.
2 EC (electronically communicated motor) with ultra-low noice
High efficiency EC motor produces noise as low to 60dB for the 10A2 type.
3 Sash can be manually and electrically controlled, easing your operation.
With the two control method, the sash can also be adjusted or close when encountering accident power failure. You do not need to worry about the leakage of infectious agent, toxins and other hazards.
4 Pedal switch for controlling sash
Operator can still control the sash with hands occupied.
5 Remote control of the BSC
Operator can still start BSC disinfection without entering the door. With this function, the operator does not need to change clothes repeatedly. It can also reduce unnecessary contact with the BSC, protecting the personnel.
6 Automatic air flow control maintains correct air flow
The control system will automatically adjust the air flow when air flow deviation is detected which may be cause by for example line voltage fluctuation.Consistent airflow can also prolong HEPA filter service life.
7 Filters efficiency
For type A2 BSC, U15 ULPA filters are used for both air supply and exhaust systems.
For type B2 BSC, U15 ULPA is used for supply system and H14 HEPA for exhaust system.
8 Raised edge of work area facilitates liquid spills and splashes
Spilled liquid can be easily collected.
9 on/off and UV lamp timer
You can set the machine to automatically disinfect the work area before and after operation.
10 RS485 port
Can be connected to building management system to fulfill remote control on the cabinet.
